Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Skopple provides digital credits used to access AI-powered market research, competitor analyses, and specification documents. Because credit usage incurs direct, real-time operating costs (including AI API and search engine query fees), our refund policy is designed to be fair while preventing abuse.
- Unused Credits: If you have purchased a credit package and have not consumed any credits from that package, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Used Credits: Once credits from a purchased package have been consumed to run research queries or generate specifications, those credits and their associated purchase are non-refundable.
2. System Errors and Technical Issues
We want to ensure you get value from Skopple. If you experience a technical error or a system failure where credits were deducted from your account but the system failed to deliver the generated report or analysis, we will happily restore your credits or issue a refund.
In such cases, please contact us at support@skopple.io with:
- Your account email address
- The date and time of the transaction
- A brief description of the technical issue or error encountered
3. AI Outputs and Accuracy
Skopple leverages advanced artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and real-time search queries to generate market intelligence. AI outputs are inherently subjective, and their quality can vary depending on the description and constraints provided.
As stated in our Terms of Service, Skopple does not guarantee the business accuracy, commercial viability, or specific outcomes of AI-generated analyses. We cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the specific strategic recommendations, competitor identifications, or narrative angles generated by the AI model.
4. Abuse and Account Termination
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, exploitation, or abuse of our refund policy (such as repeatedly buying credit packs, generating reports, and requesting refunds on unused balances, or creating multiple accounts).
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining unused credit balance is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible purchases, please contact our support team at support@skopple.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
Refund requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
